Update as a writer and other things.
Trying to work on some of my unfinished fics that I have floating around out there. So far I've only gotten two chapters done for Half Life. I've got rough outlines in my head for almost everything else that's incomplete. Thankfully my muse has prevented me from starting anything new, thus derailing my attempt to complete something for once in my life.
Life has calmed down considerably. My head is back in the game at work although my overworked body wishes otherwise. I'm currently looking for a house to rent as the two new occupants in my apartment have made things a bit crowded.
I need to get some sewing done, but it's hard to find the motivation when I only have one day off a week and I'm working 9 to 10 hour shifts on overnights. I love all the extra money from the overtime I'm getting, but I could really use the rest a bit more right now.
Might be going to the Ren Fest this Sunday with friends. Definitely going next weekend. I'll be one of those weirdos in full costume you see trolling around. :D
