So I've been keeping up with the lightsaber practice. I found that picking up a toy lightsaber and swinging it around was good for my shoulder after the shoulder surgery- it worked the range of motion in several directions and helped strengthen it a little bit, too, so I spent 10 minutes or so after working through martial arts kata on my own ( Read more... )
