Well, to my pleasant surprise Jeremie appeared last night and it turns out he's here for the semester! Ouai! We went to try to see Oberlin Shorts last night, but it was sold out (and I can't see it tonight b/c of SIC mtg. poo.) so we went to David Brown's house, and Brandon Oberlin now lives there, too (yayayay!) and I don't feel a need to tell the whole story, but I will say that I was in the shower last night for a very long time trying to wash off all the paint, but there are still 2 huge blue handprints on my shoulder blades that will probably be there for a few more weeks...
Then as I was preparing to climb into bed, Jeremie walked in and wanted to talk about his women troubles, which I was very receptive to, and a little later steve called very drunk from a party asking me to come out and drive him home (by walking to where the party was and then driving his car which was there), but then he decided he would just walk to Harkness to sleep because it was 1/2 as far as his house, so he showed up a little later and I took care of him, and I felt really great, like I was being there for these 2 people.
I don't wanna go to school tomorrow! Not ready!
Lidia's home! Her being back reminds me that the return of school-ness at least also means the return of the liveliness that comes from all the people who were missing for a month. But I feel like winter term was really short this year, and I was just getting started.
