A good friend of my brother's and therefore of our family's, recently committed suicide by drug overdose. He was young, talented, smart, and friendly. I have a picture of him in my mind of being so alive and beaming, balancing on walls and climbing trees, creating amazing art. I talked to my mom about it for a while last night, but haven't yet called my brother. I don't exactly know what to say.
