Got my MacBook back, and went through the laborious process of reinstalling everything and restoring what data I had backed up. Out of morbid curiosity, I installed BootCamp as well. That was pretty painless, and I now have Windoze XP running natively when I want it. I'll admit, this is primarily so I can run some old games (god knows I'm not going to get the Intel GMA 950 in this thing to churn out any new ones), but what else is Microshaft good for?
D'Artagnan (our new kitten) is settling in well. I'll put some photos up soon, I promise. We had to work a little harder than usual to socialise him, but he's turning into a bit of a lap cat who is happy to follow us (and the other cats) around the house.
