Experiencing further delays. In unrelated news, I just buzzsaw'd a 10-foot robot's legs off before pimp slapping it into a wall and filling it with shotgun lead. I'm in a good place, yes.
Day 21 - Game with the best story
Y'know, it's late. I can't really think of anything story-related with my mind so boost-dash addled right now. I'm tempted to go with Final Fantasy III/VI for their willingness to end the world halfway through the game.

Valkyrie Profile

In addition to making the Japanese convention of shouting attack names actually sound cool in English for once, one of the biggest aspects of Valkyrie Profile was the fact that each of your character's back stories was literally that: his/her life story. Can't recruit for your army of the dead until they're dead, after all. Every character introduction was an extended plot in and of itself, with lives (and deaths) often intersecting just enough for you to pick up an extended narrative.
Of course, it does make it kind of awkward to want to cheer for Celia's death just so that she can hang out with the rest of her friends. :p
