Warcraft III
Say what you will about Blizzard(/Activision)'s money grubbing MMO ways; damn, they could make some epic cutscenes when they put the effort into it. It's unfortunate that they seem to insist on using the World of Warcraft body proportions and art objects for their modern Warcraft content, but at least Starcraft 2 was similarly unafraid to work their CGI crew.
Now if only I could get them to stop corrupting their heroes and/or posthumously redeeming their villains...
