I'm throwing England/Arthur into a quick plot here, because someone had some of Haruhi's drinks. His wonderful side effect - pulling out his dormant power for a couple of days. Unfortunately, he has no control of his power in this state.

If you'd like to plot with him, here's what will happen.

She works at the police station, but she's usually anywhere outside during her break.

Question: you said they turn physically and mentally into a kid, would their memories from their canon revert back, or would their experiences prior to being pulled remain the same?

Alright, Arthur can simply pass her and change her by accident. And if that's how we're doing it, we can handwave it. :3

Their memories would be the same as in their adult form, they would just act differently. If you want her memories to revert as well, that's fine, because his abilities are... well, questionable.

...fuuuuck I want in on this. I'd love him to get turned into a kid.

But how does this work? Does it need physical contact, etc? Also do they retain their memories and just be back to their childhood thought patterns/attitudes/etc? Or is it total regression?

You can totally come in on this. /wants bittyLiquid forever.

They need to be in close range, but Arthur doesn't actually have to touch him. Pointing at him from a few feet away could change him. They retain their memories, so they're familiar with people, but their attitudes and things go back to their childhood.

I'll also post that information in the main post. /clones information.

We can have Liquid show up at the House of Awesome to see Arthur or something like that. Arthur lives with France, so it shouldn't be that hard to find him. :3
