I'm throwing England/Arthur into a quick plot here, because someone had some of Haruhi's drinks. His wonderful side effect - pulling out his dormant power for a couple of days. Unfortunately, he has no control of his power in this state.

If you'd like to plot with him, here's what will happen.

Where ever you like. I'll send Arthur anywhere. He'll even make a house call, if you'd like. He wants help, but he also wants to show off his awesomeness, so he'll be pretty open to coming over.

Alright, that's fine. ^^ If you want the "pass each other" scenario, then we can hand wave it if you want. I can't imagine they'll be saying much to each other if they're just passing each other.
