[Giggles at that, hiding her smile with a hand.] I don't know about all that! There are a few really fantastic greeters around here. Very skilled! I'm just... trying to find something else I can do to help people make an easier transition.

I actually thought of it after talking to you the other day.

I was talking to a guy the other day, said his greeter was drunk. So hey, you're one of the fantastic greeters we've got around here. Doesn't mean there aren't others, but you're one of them.

[She sighed a bit, head tilted, a little more serious looking, perhaps worried.] I suppose I can't blame a person for being drunk though. I've talked to a few of them who seem to think it makes it easier. When there are so many of us being killed on sight that is. I've been really lucky...

[AHh! That was not her intention! The worry, that is. She shook her head, trying to back peddle.] Oh! Not too often! There have been a few cases is all. When a Newcomer shows up and doesn't want to pay attention to a greeter talking to them, or are really angry by the pull or events from home. Those kind of things. It's really very shocking for some people to show up here suddenly and... [Making excuses, isn't she. She paused then sighed.] It happens. I've been really careful.

Yes, well, as you said someone has to do it, and it's much more then just a warning about the sirens, really... ah... I don't mind too much. It's not like... or I mean if something happens it really wouldn't be tha-- and... [No really, no argument points at all.
