Woman Shot and Robbed Outside of Unaffiliated Establishment
Tifa Lockheart was found dead 45 minutes after dawn sirens today in an alleyway behind Merlotte's, a club in Sector Four, after an anonymous tip to police. The young newcomer was found with her hands tied behind her back, shot in the back of the head at close range. It seems the cause of this vicious crime was robbery during the morning lock-up, as the till was found empty. While there were signs of a struggle, it is interesting to note that the club was not broken into by force, suggesting the perpetrator may have been known to Lockheart.
Police found no evidence and have no leads. They are not pursuing the case further.
Joel Stanley, owner of nearby club Meat Street, notes: "It's a rough neighborhood. Lockheart believed that Merlotte's didn't need AGI's help keeping things safe at her establishment. No one wants to hear of a nice girl like her getting proven wrong, but that kinda thing just happens now and then around here."
