Something I've always found interesting about reading what goes on in here is how many people ask questions here, and how many people answer them.

I don't mean the questions about basic survival things, the companies, and so on, but rather, I'm thinking of the philosophical questions that people seem to enjoy throwing to the masses. What do you think about this thing and why? If you were in this hypothetical situation especially set up so that your decision revealed something about your personality, what would you do (and why)?

People just answer those questions without much hesitation it seems like. I just wonder, I suppose. Do they know whose asking? Do they trust them? Do they just not mind that someone is assessing them, what they believe in and what their background is? It's quite a bit of information to be so free with, in some cases.

Maybe it's not so important. I just think it's interesting.
