[The feed opens to silence, the stifling darkness of the city almost palpable in its intensity. There is nothing to see or hear for some time, but gradually, the sound of waves begins to filter through. A tinge of color creeps over the horizon, embracing the sea with the newness of day. In time, the sun itself reveals its face, illuminating the shore with a soft, yet powerful brilliance. A place once ravaged by battle has now been completely restored.
The tide rises and falls, accompanied by a faint, unearthly hum, and though there is no one to be seen, a trick of light remains somewhere in the distance.]
