Life has been very surreal lately. I think I need to do a couple of entries...

New York City was a blast! I'll do a proper write-up later, but right now I'm gonna go crawl back into the scratcher, because I can. Later I might lay by the pool or take in a movie, depending on the weather. Tonight, dinner with my family at the Hula Hut. Life is good and I'm grateful for another year.

The jet-lag kicked my ass both ways to Sunday this time. I woke up feeling human again today, finally. I feel so far behind now. I guess I'll just try to sum things up.

Good:

Back from paradise. Okay maybe the gulf coast of Texas isn't Valhalla, but I like it there. We had a great time. I didn't do great about sticking to my diet because, hello? It's the coast! But I didn't totally pig out either. And I also got in some exercise so I pretty much evened it out I think.

I am really draggin' ass this morning. But I am having my tea, which I have gotten quite addicted to.
