Back from paradise. Okay maybe the gulf coast of Texas isn't Valhalla, but I like it there. We had a great time. I didn't do great about sticking to my diet because, hello? It's the coast! But I didn't totally pig out either. And I also got in some exercise so I pretty much evened it out I think.
