Title: Strawberry Picking
Pairing: KameTego
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Kame and Tegoshi are the guests on a new T.V. show. Kame only wishes to be done with filming, but Tegoshi has more interesting plans.
Author’s Note: For the lovely
grunhilda. Prompt: orchard, picking fruit, TV program to “see how other people live”, sweaty, Tegoshi with a streak of dirt on his cheek.
Kamenashi Kazuya had trouble remembering why he was at a large strawberry farm with a basket in one hand, a water bottle in the other, the sun beating down in waves of unbearable heat, and a hyperactive Tegoshi Yuya jumping around in front of him.
He didn’t have the time to dwell too much on it though when he was promptly smacked in the back of the head with something or other as a staff member passed by. He tripped and fell unceremoniously to the ground, his basket and water bottle flying from his hands. Kame blinked and stared up at the staff members pulling out equipment from a van and suddenly remembered.
Something along the lines of Johnny-san telling him, “YOU will be a part of a new T.V. program along with Tegoshi Yuya of NewS. Filming is this Friday, make sure to be there on time.”
Or something like that.
Kame sighed as he picked himself up and brushed off the dirt from his pants, then wondered what the point was as he was going to be outside picking strawberries anyway.
“Kamenashi-kun?” Tegoshi suddenly said, appearing from behind Kame and causing the older man to jump slightly.
“Uh, yes?”
“Are you okay?” Tegoshi asked and handed Kame his basket and water bottle.
Kame took them and nodded and Tegoshi smiled brightly.
“This is going to be so much fun, don’t you think?” Tegoshi exclaimed. “I’ve never done this before, have you? I bet it’ll be really amazing.”
Kame wasn’t sure what could be so amazing about picking strawberries and wondered vaguely if it was too late to turn tail and run back to the Jimusho and have someone else from KAT-TUN go in his place. Jin would be good, or…or even Junno, hell, he’d make Ueda go if it would just get him out of the situation. This was not the kind of thing Kame enjoyed doing and he wasn’t particulary thrilled to be with Tegoshi either, not when the younger boy was being highly enthusiastic, pointing at everything and grinning in a slightly irritating (but admittedly endearing) way.
“Oh, I think we’re starting!” Tegoshi chirped, grabbed Kame’s hand and dragged him towards the set where the crew had just finished setting up and the host was standing in front with a microphone.
The make-up artists rushed over to them and quickly fixed their hair, which Kame thought was quite pointless seeing as the wind had picked up. Another staff member grabbed his arm and pulled him onto the host’s left while putting Tegoshi on the right.
“Smile!” the director shouted and Tegoshi beamed.
The host grinned, his eyes squinting and Kame sighed heavily and put a smile on his face as if he really wanted to be there, and the director called out, “Three, two, one, action!”
Kame almost cringed when the host loudly introduced the new show and himself then moved on to introduce them.
“Today we have two of Japan’s very own pop idols. Tegoshi Yuya of NewS and Kamenashi Kazuya of KAT-TUN!”
Kame grinned and made a peace sign as the camera panned across their faces. A round of fake applause music rang in his ears.
“Tegoshi-kun, are you excited?”
Tegoshi bounced on his feet and nodded. “Absolutely! I’m ready to have fun!”
“Great!” the host said and turned to Kame. “And, Kamenashi-kun, how are you feeling?”
“I’ll do my best,” Kame replied automatically and flashed a smile.
The host turned back to the camera and moved on to explain what “real life” experiences they were getting the chance to learn and Kame zoned out slightly and didn’t notice they had stopped for a small break until Tegoshi prodded his shoulder.
“Are you okay, Kamenashi-kun?” he asked.
Kame sighed. “Yeah, I’m fine, thanks.”
“You don’t seem very excited to be here.”
“Maybe you’re just too excited.”
Tegoshi smiled. “Then I’ll be excited for the both of us!”
“Sounds like a plan,” Kame agreed. Tegoshi bounded on his feet and Kame gave him a searching look before he said, “No offense, but why did you come to this? I thought they would have made Yamashita or even Nishikido promote a new T.V. program.”
Tegoshi stopped bouncing and replied, “Well, Yamashita-kun is too busy promoting Kurosagi, and Ryo-tan is working with Eito right now, and I’m not sure about the other three, but I was asked and I said yes because it gives me the chance to be with Kamenashi-kun for the day!”
Kame blinked, wondering if he’d heard correctly. “Uhm, wait, what?”
Teogshi just smiled mysteriously and wandered back onto set when the staff called for them.
Kame stared after him, mind working fast and trying to understand why he was interested so much by Tegoshi wanting to spend the day with him.

Kame decided that strawberries were now his least favorite fruit. He hated them. They were small, too red and there were just so fucking many.
He sighed and plucked another one before putting it in his basket, which was almost overflowing, and wondered why the producers had picked such a boring “real life experince” for their very first show.
“Ne, Kamenashi-kun, do you think we can eat these?” Tegoshi asked suddenly and only then did Kame remember he was being filmed and that maybe he should at least try to look like he was having the time of his life.
He turned to the Tegoshi and said, “I think you should wait until we wash them or something.”
“Nah, I think it’s okay,” Tegoshi answered, looking the strawberry over closely.
Then why did you ask, was what Kame would have liked to ask, but instead said, “Then go ahead.”
Tegoshi grinned and tentatively licked at the strawberry, tasting it, his tongue peeking sensually through parted pink lips and sliding smoothly over the fruit and Kame vaguely wondered why he was watching with such fascination because he was just eating a strawberry, but damn did it look so-
“Delicious!” Tegoshi exclaimed. “It’s really good!”
Kame blinked rapidly and tried to relocate his brain.
“You should try one too! Here, Kamenashi-kun!” Tegoshi held out a strawberry towards his mouth and Kame could only stare. “Come on, try!” Tegoshi insisted and Kame leaned forward to take the strawberry in his mouth.
“It’s good,” he agreed when he finished and Tegoshi beamed.
“Annnd, cut!” the director yelled and Kame sighed. “Well done, boys. Fifteen minute break and we’ll be back on.”
Kame nodded, set his basket down and headed towards a large tree off to the side. He plopped down on the ground in the shade and took a long sip of his water, sighing contently and closing his eyes, only to open them a moment later when he felt a weight on his left shoulder. Looking down, he found Tegoshi leaning his head on his shoulder, eyes shut, and sucking on a strawberry. Kame quickly willed himself to look away.
“You’ve been sighing a lot today.”
“This isn’t my kind of thing.”
“But it’s fun.”
“I beg to differ. We’re picking strawberries. On the hottest day possible. I fail to see the fun part.”
“Well, it’s fun for me since I can get to be with you!”
And there it was again, that casual admission, so simple and so unexpected, that Kame could only stare. Tegoshi seemed so nonchalant about it too, as if he’d always believed it, had said it all his life. But the fact remained that he and Tegoshi were nothing more than acquaintances, just colleagues, and for Tegoshi to say something like that, was, well, strange to say the least.
“What do you mean by that?” Kame couldn’t help but ask.
Tegoshi glanced up at him and smiled, the same mysterious one from before that had Kame’s heart skipping a beat. He pressed a finger to his lips, his eyes twinkling, and jumped to his feet, stretching his arms over his head. Kame watched, as he realized he was prone to do around Tegoshi, and took note of the quick flash of creamy skin just beneath his shirt before Tegoshi lowered his arms again with a happy moan. Kame swallowed and looked away, mentally wondering why he was reacting like this.
“How much time do we have left?”
“It’s hardly been five minutes.”
“Great! Then get up, let’s explore.”
“What?” Kame asked warily.
“Explore! Come on!” And without waiting for Kame, Tegoshi ran off past him into the forest off the side of the farm.
Kame groaned, counted to ten, hoping maybe Tegoshi would come back, but when he reached twenty and there was no sign of the boy returning, he grudgingly got to his feet and followed after.
“Tegoshi!” he called out, trying to find the younger boy and growing irritated and slightly scared when Tegoshi didn’t answer. He tried a few more times, and stopped running to catch his breath when Tegoshi didn’t respond no matter what. Kame tried not to think too much about what kind of punishment would await him once Johnny-san found out he’d lost a JE idol.
“This isn’t funny, Tegoshi! Where are you-oofmph!”
Kame suddenly found himself face down in the dirt with something heavy and warm on top of him. He then realized whatever it was was wriggling against him and he froze, hoping it wasn’t some kind of rabid animal, but his worry was gone when he heard whimpering that could only belong to a human.
“K-K-Kamenashi-kun!” Tegoshi cried, clutching Kame’s sides.
“Tegoshi? W-What’re you doing? Get off!”
“No!” the younger boy wailed and Kame could feel him shaking his head.
“Calm down, what happened?”
“I-I-I saw a bear and it was going to eat me!”
Kame wasn’t sure if he should bang his head onto the ground or laugh. “Tegoshi, there can’t be any bears here.”
“But I saw one!”
“There are no bears. Do you think they would’ve brought us somewhere bears lived?”
Tegoshi seemed to think about that for a moment and then answered, “No.”
“Exactly. You must have just seen things. It’s okay.”
“Are you sure?” Tegoshi asked, arms tightening around Kame’s waist, warmth from his body spreading through the thin layer of fabric and Kame desperately willed himself to stop thinking such strange thoughts.
“Y-Yes, I’m sure.”
Tegoshi hesitated just a bit but eventually let go and sat up. Kame got to his feet and brushed the excess dirt off his clothes. He looked down at Tegoshi and said, “Let’s go back.”
Tegoshi bit his lip and Kame frowned.
“What now?”
Tegoshi stared at the ground and muttered, “I-I think I broke my ankle.”
Of course, Kame thought bitterly, but sighed and crouched down. “Let me see.”
Tegoshi shifted and pulled off his shoe, rolling back the sock and the bottom of his pants. “Oh, no,” he exclaimed. “I really did! Look, it’s all bruised and blue and-”
“Calm down, I think it’s just sprained,” Kame said, trying to keep Tegoshi from freaking out too much. “But either way, we need to get back to the farm. Come on, get on my back.”
Kame turned around and Tegoshi scrambled onto him, wrapping arms around his neck and legs around his waist and Kame stood, scanned the forest and asked, “Which way?”
“Uhm, t-that way.” Tegoshi pointed to the right and Kame headed off.
A moment later, Tegoshi whispered, “Kamenashi-kun?”
“Hm?”
“Thanks.”
*
“We’re lost!” Tegoshi wailed.
Kame groaned and cursed God or whatever higher being there was responsible for this mess. As if the day couldn’t have gotten any worse. They were undoubtedly lost, and, if the rumbling of thunder was any indication, it was soon going to rain.
“No! I felt a raindrop, it’s going to rain and we’re lost!”
This day was now officially going down in Kame’s record of Incredibly-Horrible-Days-In-Which-He-Wished-He’d-Stuck-With-Baseball.
When Kame started to feel the rain as well, he looked around for some place they could take cover for awhile. He headed for a large tree stump that was hidden by bushes and conveniently placed beneath a massive layer of foliage. He set Teogshi down and sat beside him. Tegoshi immediately pulled his legs up to his chest and wrapped his arms around them, resting his chin on his knees.
“Are you feeling okay?”
He nodded but said nothing, staring absentmindedly at the ground in front of him. Kame sighed and leaned back against the tree. They sat in silence, listened instead to the rain as it slowly started to fall down from the darkening sky. Kame stared at Tegoshi from the corner of his eye, taking in the boy’s somber expression; eyes downcast, lips in a pout, and a streak of dirt ran over his cheek, covering the pale creamy skin. And his hair fell ever-so-slightly into his eyes, a bit damp from the misting rain, and sweat trickled elegantly down the side of his face and-
“I’m sorry.”
Kame jerked out of his thoughts. “H-Huh?” he rasped.
Tegoshi turned to him, tears in his eyes and said, “I’m sorry! If I hadn’t decided to explore we wouldn’t be in this mess. It’s all my fault.”
“Yes, it is,” Kame replied before he could stop himself.
Tegoshi’s lower lip trembled and he turned away, hugging himsef tighter.
Kame felt a little bad for responding like that. It wasn’t as though Teogshi had meant to cause all these problems, and Kame shouldn’t really blame him, especially when he looked so sad and vulnerable. Especially when Tegoshi jumped suddenly at a loud rumble of thunder and pressed his forehead onto his knees, shivering from the rain as it soaked through his clothes.
“T-Tegoshi,” Kame said, now really feeling bad. He put a hand onto the boy’s shoulder and Tegoshi flinched slightly, making Kame quickly pull his hand back.
Tegoshi lifted his head and looked at him, eyes bright with unshed tears and the sight pulled hard at Kame’s heartstrings. And before he really knew what he was doing, he suddenly found his mouth on Tegoshi’s; soft, wet, but oh-so-warm, and Tegoshi’s gasp of surprise turned into a moan of pleasure as Kame slid his tongue past his lips.
Tegoshi reached for Kame’ss arms, nails digging into the skin and tilting his head just a bit to allow Kame better access, but Kame pulled back quickly, shoving Tegoshi away by the shoulders and looking quite mortified by what he’d done.
“I-I’m so sorry, Tegoshi, I-”
But Tegoshi kissed him once and replied, “I’m not.”
He smiled and Kame stared for a moment, thinking that this was a very bad idea as they were currently outside and it was raining and the T.V. program and Tegoshi’s ankle, and-and Tegoshi’s lips on against his neck, tongue wet on his skin and his hands hot as they trailed up his sides and Kame forgot what exactly was so bad about this and he grabbed Tegoshi by the hair and pulled him up to meet his gaze. He saw the thinly concealed lust in the younger boy’s eyes before clashing their mouths together.
And then there were hands beneath shirts, white-hot against cooled skin, and the rain was drowned out by quick short breaths that escaped their lips.
Kame reached for Tegoshi’s pants, sliding past the waistband and wrapping his hand around Tegoshi’s rapidly hardening erection. Tegoshi gasped into his mouth, eyes falling shut as Kame slowly dragged his hand along his cock, running his thumb just barely over the head and smirking with satisfaction at Tegoshi’s whimper.
Tegoshi gripped at Kame’s shoulders, pressed his face into the crook of his neck and soft moans rolled off his tongue as Kame’s hand moved faster.
Kame could feel that he was close, Tegoshi’s hips twitching into his hand, and increased his pace, but Tegoshi pulled back and pleaded, locking gazes with Kame, “P-Please, Ka-Kamenashi-kun, I-I want you to-oh.”
He squeezed his eyes and moaned, moving into the touch, but Kame understood what he wanted and pulled his hand from his pants, Tegoshi whimpering again at the loss.
Kame looked at him questioningly and Tegoshi pleaded again and Kame swallowed hard, unable to deny his own desires and need.
“B-But, I don’t have…I don’t want to hurt you,” he said quietly.
Tegoshi smiled and pulled him into a kiss, his hand fumbling into his pocket and pulling out a small tube that he pressed into Kame’s palm. Kame didn’t have enough willpower to stop and think about why Tegoshi had lube with him, and instead pulled on the zipper of his pants.
A moment later he was pressing two slicked fingers into Tegoshi, curling them against that spot which had the younger boy mewling into his ear and clutching desperately at his shoulders. When Tegoshi thrust down against Kame’s fingers and moaned, “Kamenashi-kun, please,” it was all Kame needed to pull his fingers out and quickly spread the lube onto himself before hoisting Tegoshi onto his lap and slowly pressing his cock inside.
Tegoshi muffled his scream into Kame’s neck at the intrusion and his fingers beneath Kame’s shirt dug into his back, nails scraping along the skin. Kame waited for a moment until he felt Tegoshi relax around him before pulling out and shoving back in, a deep grunt tumbled off his tongue and mixed in with Tegoshi’s throaty moan.
Tegoshi turned and sought out Kame’s mouth for a bruising kiss and started to roll his hips down as Kame thrust up, their movements becoming more eager, more frantic. He felt the need for release coiling in the pit of his stomach and when Kame reached down to grasp his cock, stroking it along with his thrusts, Tegoshi broke the kiss and cried out, his head thrown back and white invaded his vision as he came into Kame’s hand.
Tegoshi trembled and let his head fall onto Kame’s shoulder as Kame thrust blindly into him a few more times before he exploded with a low scream.
Tegoshi let his arms slide out from under Kame’s shirt and fall loosely to rest around his waist as Kame pulled out of him and settled against the tree. The rain had stopped, they both realized, but as they were already soaked from the water and sweat, it no longer mattered. Tegoshi moved off of Kame and pulled his pants back on quietly as Kame did the same.
When Kame grabbed the forgotten lube off the ground to return to Tegoshi, he stopped and stared at it, then turned to the younger boy and asked, “Why did you have this on you?”
Tegoshi just took it and grinned deviously as he stretched, looking much too pleased.
Kame stared with wonder. “Y-You didn’t plan this, did you?”
Tegoshi got to his feet and Kame’s eyes widened. “Come on, Kamenashi-kun, we should get back.”
“B-But your ankle!”
“There’s nothing wrong with it,” Tegoshi replied with a shrug. “It bruised because I accidently ran into something a few days ago, but I didn’t sprain it today.”
Kame jumped to his feet and exclaimed, “T-Then, all of this, you really planned this out?”
Tegoshi smiled again, that smile Kame was starting to love and hate all at the same time, and leaned forward and kissed him on the lips. “What would you do if I said yes?”
Kame thought about it for a moment and couldn’t help the grin that spread over his lips as he answered, “Next time let’s try this on a bed.”
