I tried as hard as I could to fit everything I could into this entry so that I could finally do the heir poll. The things that I ended up leaving out of this entry I will be sure to squeeze into the next one. No worries. I just want to be able to play again. :(
I managed to finally accomplish Stiles' LTW. This means I have a load of money to burn through, so look for the house to improve over the course of this entry!
Marigold and Clementine both rolled wishes to be BFFs. I thought it would be a little more exciting, but all it entailed was Clementine begging Marigold to be her BFF, and Marigold looking all flattered and happy. No exciting animations or anything. :(
For whatever reason, Marigold has turned into an athletic nut. She isn't even an athletic sim, yet everytime I let her loose, she is running over to the tv, and putting the work out station on. You are supposed to be the Sims 3 equivalent to a knowledge sim, what are you doing?
I had pumpkin explore the catacombs, since I hear you can find rare seeds and exotic gems down there. He got attacked by a bear. Apparently the bear ate his clothes and left him in just his tighties.
I left him like that for the rest of the day cause it made me giggle. Sweet zebra painting, right? Yah, I thought so too the first time he painted it. Since this pic, he has painted at least two more just like it. And you call yourself artistic.
I guess leaving him dirty wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't also the day of his birthday.
He aged up in just his undies, and covered in soot. He also inherited the slicked down nerd haircut once again.
I quickly fixed the hair and rushed him off to get into some proper orange generation attire.
I don't know who invited this guy in, but he was hanging around the house the entire night. I am guessing one of my sims must of let him in while I was playing with Pumpkin in the catacombs.
Finally upgraded the house. It sure is nice to have more then one tiny room for the kids. I ran out of money before I could fully finish it, so it is still a work in progress. Don't judge too hard, since some of the decorating is a bit sparse. I am a mediocre builder at best, so it is nothing super fancy, but I am happy with it so far. I will prolly be doing lots of changes and tweaks throughout the course of this legacy. I would eventually like to add a pool, a garage, and perhaps a guest house to banish the elders to.
No boys allowed, sorry Stiles.
I don't know if it is Stiles' loner trait, or just bad AI, but Stiles takes his dinner straight past the two closest tables and goes all the way to the back deck to eat alone in the dark. Emo much?
Maybe putting a bar in the house wasn't such a good idea. Canary seems to be turning into a bit of an alcoholic. It isn't even after 12 yet Canary.
I told you Marigold is becoming a fitness nut. I just don't get it since most of my sims have always hated working out. She does it by her own freewill. In her bathing suit nonetheless.
Stiles is about to age into elder, so I bought him a bday cake.
Clementine: I hate birthdays. I rather slide down a banister of razors into a vat of alcohol then sing another effin birthday song.
Stiles goes ahead and blows out that candles...
which apparently cause the cake to erupt into flames. They aren't joking when they call it and inferno cake. Those things will go up like Mount Vesuvius faster then you can say birthday wish.
How fast birthday excitement turns into panic and horror. I bet their school friend is wishing he took the bus home after school instead of coming over to the Regenbogen household. I should also note that I forgot to put in a fire alarm when I was remodeling.
Luckily, Pumpkin is a brave sim, so he quickly reacted by pulling a fire extinguisher our of his storage cavity. If only he knew how to work it...
It usually helps to look at what you are doing...
And the birthday cake was no more.
Clementine: And THIS is exactly why I hate birthdays. To top it off, I don't even get any CAKE!
Stiles: Bitch, plz. Don't even start.
The kitchen going up in flames reminded Clementine that she hadn't checked the stove in at least 20 sim minutes.
Fires also make Pumpkin aware that his LTW is to become a Forensic Specialist. How the two go together is beyond me, but I will allow him his wish.
Stiles does some light cleaning in order to get over the shock of the fire.
Unfortunately, because of the the birthday cake excitement, the fact that it was Stiles' birthday sort of slipped my mind, so he ended up aging in a corner alone.
Poor Stiles. Now you are an olde man, complete with back pains..
And Self Loathing. :( I was so tempted to leave Stiles' in those overalls, since I find them absolutely hilarious.
I did change his outfit into something equally old man esque though. I love how old people in sims actually look old.
Even though he is an old man, Canary still loves him.
Stiles' looks like he is about to cry because Canary still wants to touch him. Aww.
Yep....they still do it.
Here is the happy couple having a little after nookie snack.
Canary finally reached the top of the culinary ladder. This also happened to be hew LTW. Two down, only thirty more to go!

The reward for being a five star chef is this fancy refrigerator. You get a special 'Superior Equipment' moodlet whenever you are in the room with it. It is also completely stocked with cardboard cutouts of food. Yum.
Now that both Stiles' and Canary achieved their LTW, they both had over 100k in points saved up. I decided it was about time to blow them all. First thing I got was this teleporter.
Beam me up Scotty. The teleporter is pretty nice, you can literally port anywhere. Also, you can teleport home just by using your phone.
I was having Stiles port in front of the theater for an autograph session, but almost as soon as he got there he was booking it across town to 'mourn' for this woman who has just died. It didn't matter that he had never even met her before. I think he just wanted to witness a scene.
I also got the collection helper. I let pumpkin use it so he could collect everything on the map. I don't know how I went this long without it. It is amazing. You seriously have no idea how much there is to collect until it is all lit up on your map.
I also got a food replicator, which I was having Stiles upgrade since he has almost maxed handiness skills. Apparently that didn't matter, since he got electrocuted.
...and died.
I am not even joking, here is the grim reaper to prove it. I was just as shocked as you. I don't understand how a sim with near maxed handiness can still get electrocuted. :(
Apparently, you can challenge the grim reaper to a game of chess to save the life of your sim. I had Marigold challenge him since she has the highest logic skill.
Long story short....Stiles is back! There are drawbacks. Stiles is no longer employed, and when I had him go down to the theater to get his job back, he had to start at level 5 or so. F that I say. He can still hold autograph sessions though. Also, Canary is listed only as his fiancee now, and they have no option to get married. Glitch? IDK.
With all the excitement of Stiles' death and revival, Canary forgot that she had hot dogs on the grill. So....we had another fire.
Luckily, Pumpkin saved the day again! ILU Pumpkin!
Just to further prove this game hates me, that same night, we got robbed.
Stiles is a light sleeper so he was up immediately. Did he call the cops? Did he confront the burglar? Nah, he just stood in the hallway panicking.
The police came, and the burglar had his ass handed to him. What I don't understand, is even thought the police came, and caught the crook before he left the premise, how come I never got my stuff back. :(
This is the girls childhood friend. You remember Rodney Wolff? Thorton's son? No joke! This is how he turned out. Lawl.
It seems like Marigold still likes him.
Clementine, on the otherhand, is more into the pretty boys. I am pretty sure that cornrows and overalls are two conflicting looks, but this guy sure doesn't care. He does have an incredibly pretty face though!
Finally, the moment you all were waiting for. The twins are about to age into adulthood!

Does anyone else have creepy sims that just hang around outside their houses? This guys pug face sure gives me the willies. He just hung around on the porch for like 5 sim hours. Creeper much?
From all the exploring my sims have been doing in the catacombs, they have found two Mysterious Mr Gnomes. I finally set them out in the yard. The problem(?) is, they don't stay in the yard. They just end up showing up in strange places. Here one of them is watching creepy children's television.
This one is apparently trying to get some food.
I am fast forwarding to Pumpkin's birthday party.
Take note of the pretty lady in the background. Future girlfriend for Pumpkin mayhaps? She is in the science career. A babe with a brain.

During the party, Marigold's face glitched out. She scared me. :( It is fixed now though!
