amazing what happens when you take away humidity.
yikes. went for a run last night (ohmygoshtheweatherisSOAWESOME), and my knee stiffened up. this usually only happens when i ride, and in the other knee. it still feels tight this morning, which is irritating.
but on the bright side, it's amazing how much better derby fares when the humidity drops off. she was tired and thirsty when we got home, but she kept up like a champ and didn't divebomb the ground once. nice.
we've been devouring the first two seasons of house, and i have tiny crushes on jesse spencer and robert sean leonard. i'm also having medical dreams, now.
i really have nothing more interesting to say, which is kind of sad. i've been friend-lonely lately. that's about all.
