All of my final grades are up and...my GPA for the last semester is 3.69!!! Cumulative, it is 3.48, short of the 3.6 3.5 needed for the Dean's List, but I won't complain too loudly.

HOLY CRAP! Who knows if it will ever be that high again, but I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts. I guess my History of South Africa professor really liked my final ( Read more... )

I got up early to work on my South African final exam paper, which basically wants me to summarize the entire class, explaining in detail with examples the anti-apartheid/apartheid enforcement politics of the government, politicians on both sides, and everyday people, as well explain why it ended. So I finally saw The Dark Knight. EPIC. AMAZING. It seemed like everyone I asked gave it rave reviews. I went in with exceptionally high expectations, and the film exceeded them all. I won't spoil it, in case anyone who hasn't seen the film yet reads this, but wow. Go see it, people!
