I got my Mesoamerican Archaeology midterm back today, and I pwned that sucka! :P (it is the midterm stress...it is getting to me...) I got a 96. :D The grades ranged from low 50s to high 90s. Oddly good bell curve.

I just home my Medieval Figure Art midterm tomorrow doesn't pwn me. My South African History papper is going ok, considering how huge it is and how little time I had. Nearly done with that, need a conclusion, proof again tonight, and then a final proof in the morning.

Fall Break: Freedom starting at 1pm tomorrow!

On a random note, the pony I rode today was nuts. Crazy. She was so pokey, and protested the entire time we did warm up on the flat. Normal fat lesson pony, right? As soon as we went towards our first jump, a tiny x used for warmup and for the new jumpers, she FLEW at and over it. Jumped waaaay higher than necessary. I got her to calm down a little over the first vertical jump, but as soon as we started lines, she would completely ignore my half-halt signals to slow down, charge, and jump about two feet higher than necessary over every jump. Two of the jumps that were supposed to have four horse, not pony, strides inbetween them, and she did it in three, plus jumped about four feet into the air over the last one. She is a tiny pony, about 12.5 hands, and fatter than she is tall. Where did all of THAT come from? It is kind of cute, in a crazy way, but Karen admitted that it would be nearly impossible to get her to jump properly, so she just asked that I at least try to get her to slow down. We did for the last two sets, but she still lept like a deer four feet into the air over each. I'll never underestimate the jumping ability of a fat lesson pony again. :P
