Second interview
Has my second interview yesterday, this time with the dean of the law school, whose first name, interestingly, was Martin, making him Dean Martin _. Ha ha. Anyway, I didn't think it went all that well, mostly because it was him talking and me agreeing, mostly. I dunno, maybe I'm being too hard on myself. I sent a follow up letter today, so hoefully something good will come out of it. It's looking like it'll be a pretty cool job, because they're planning on gutting the whole building and re-doing it, and the person who gets the job will be responsible for integrating new technology into the classrooms. That's a bit beyond my skill level, but I'd be eager to accept that challenge.
Overall, I feel pretty good about it. I talked to the law librarian who interviewed me last week again, and he seemed really cordial, so I felt really good about that. We'll see.
bemyjoeyramone, you might be interested to hear that Aunt Jennie's ex-husband Bob died this morning. Aunt Liz, Uncy Maged and Granpa W are flying down tomorrow.
