Lisa's death has really thrown me for a whirl. It's not that we were close; I knew her from the AcaDec team, and through mutual friends. It scares me that someone so young could perish. Today was one of those days where you test the limits and expect thigns to go wrong, yet all turns out well. Sam and I got up at 6:45 to work out, which was a great way to start our day. Last night I had the weirdest feeling in the world. I was sad, but for no reason.
