hi, blog. i hope you're doing well; i would ask you how your life is going but i'm here to be selfish and talk about my things and pay no regard to your state of being.
now that my intentions are widely broadcast...let us begin.
this past week was thanksgiving break. tuesday night through monday morning were glorious days of freedom and friends. i could not have asked for a better break. i spent much time with anne, more time with nate, and substantially longer with jane. it was beautiful; i like them.
it is reassuring that i only need three friends to make me happy; they had better not let me down, for i have no one to fall back on.
(they won't i know it i do.)
school resumed today. boo hiss. i dislike school. i feel as though instead of forcing learning, it only hinders my progress as an aspiring intellectual and almost real person. school is equivalent to a lack of vegetables growing up - growth is stunted exponentially.
my existential crises are behind me, for now. everyone needs to have a bit of a panic moment every once and again; mine have come, and i hope they leave me be for some time.
thus concludes my livejournal update. nothing spectacular or catastrophic. mediocrity, average, normalcy.
