I promise not to get too bogged down about my fitness goals in this blog, but I want to go ahead and take stock right now.  I am 25 days in to exercising every day, and about a week in to my new diet.

Around noon today, the call went out for volunteers to work on prescriptions from home (on the clock, of course).  I think I was the only one who volunteered.  I think I may have unleashed a monster by doing that.  But on the bright side, the struggle to catch up shouldn't be as bad as usual tomorrow ( Read more... )

1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/4 oz Chambord

Shake and strain into a shot glass.

Brew a cup of English breakfast tea (or a tea of your choice).  Add a heaping splash of Glenlivet (or your spirit of choice), honey, and a lemon slice.  Hits the spot on a freezing night, and also good for warding off colds.
