Idiot refused the offer on the house. They still want far too much for it! It isn't worth anywhere near what they want.

So I'm heading to New York City Thursday evening! I am much excited!! We are going to see Spam-A-Lot!! Whoo!!
I'm only going to be gone for a few days...I get back Monday!! Whoo! Then I head to work!! Yay for work!!! BIG YAY FOR MONEY!!!

Which means that our Christmas exchanging of gifts must occur sometime before laura and chris leave for Florida!!
