no longer a blonde

Today I farewelled my blonde bits and had my hairdresser dye my hair black all over. It usually takes me about a week to get used to a new look, at the moment I am undecided. It's amazing just how much difference those blonde chunks made now that they're gone. I'll try and take a picture with my phone tomorrow and upload it.

I have started reading the first book of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series. It's only a wee thing and so far it's very amusing. Will probably finish it by the weekend.

Winter has made yet another resurgance, despite the fact that we are well into summertime now. It was grey and cold today, with rain falling barely harder than a mist. Low clouds coated the top half of the mountains and would've been quite beautiful if it wasn't December and time for dresses not scarves. Tomorrow is meant to be the same, meaning I will have to rethink my outfit for the work Christmas party.

Subsequently, hot chocolate is high on my list of cravings right now. I want a really creamy, foamy hot chocolate so badly. And someone to cuddle.

Marshmallows would be good, too.
