ninja prowess
Bel and I saw Twilight tonight and we were quite unimpressed by it. To be honest, it was pretty damn boring. And Edward had the weirdest expressions; everything was overacted. However, I managed to find my way out of Glenmore Park [Penrith's version of the Labyrinth] at night without getting lost once so huzzah!
I ate far too much junk food and am regretting it. I don't have the stomach for it anymore and I end up feeling really ill. Not to mention frustrated that I've just stuffed my face with stuff I really didn't need to eat.
Work was uber stressful today, the eftpos machines were down all day. Manually processing credit cards the old fashioned way [with the big metal slab and carbon paper] is exhausting. Have also come to the conclusion that Samuel is part ninja. He came into work five minutes before I finished yet again and approached me at the counter before I had a chance to get nervous. He was after a book that won't be published till 2010 and said he would find something else to read. So I ran out the back to get changed and then have a chat with him in slightly sexier clothes than my uniform. I was out the back for a minute max; I shimmied into my jeans faster than greased lightning but when I emerged barefoot and tousled-haired, he was nowhere to be seen! I wandered in circles in the plaza for about ten minutes before giving up. Like I said, ninja.
So, for the second time in three days I have managed to miss an awesome opportunity. Epic fail.
However, I am too damned tired and nauseous to really contemplate it right now.
