I heard back from our real estate agent on Sunday with a counter offer and we have accepted on the contingency that our inspector checks over the house before settlement. So it looks as thought we should be moving in about a month from now if all goes well. Now we have to start packing, set up utilities and I need to start looking for a job.

Let's start with my weekend at Otakon. I had a blast! It started off a bit rough with waiting in line for over three hours in the sun just to get registered. I was on antibiotics at the time and despite the warnings to stay in the shade I made it through with only a mild sunburn.  At least I will know better for next year and pre-register.  I met ( Read more... )
