What a Crazy Week!

Let's start with my weekend at Otakon. I had a blast! It started off a bit rough with waiting in line for over three hours in the sun just to get registered. I was on antibiotics at the time and despite the warnings to stay in the shade I made it through with only a mild sunburn.  At least I will know better for next year and pre-register.  I met up with photoash  who then later introduced me to gaminette, sara_tanaquil and gryvon.   I just have one thing to say...where have you ladies been all my life? Seriously, it was wonderful to finally be able to talk about manga, anime and of course YAOI! My eyes were opened to the wide world of trinkets, lovely fan-art and of course the AMV's. Here are two from the parody section shown on Saturday night.

So after all of that excitement, I missed Sunday to look at homes.  Yes, my husband and I are buying our first home! I'm so many emotions right now I can't even describe them all. We placed our first offer earlier tonight.  I will post later once I know if we got the house or not. Last but not least I'd like to leave all my friend a thing of natural beauty....
