oh right, internets.
So I sort of disappeared there. Partly cause of spoon loss, but partly cause we didn't really think about setting up internet access at the new place. & we sort of fudged it for a couple days by using elsmi's phone as a router, but this didn't work too well on my end. Also he sort of needs his phone when he goes into campus etc.
So yesterday elsmi picked up this usb thingy that acts as a modem (?? MAGIC!) and lo, I am internetted. Some of the time. It disappears without warning though.
But, yeah, we now have bed linens, towels, a kettle, and internets. And chocolate. I'm set.
Been thinking about whether I could do something for con or bust, so, content post to follow.
