So apparently Japan has this law thing that by 2011, all of the nation's TV sets should be switched from analog to digital. There was a notice on the elevator a couple of days ago saying some cable guys would be setting up stuff for that, so I wasn't really surprised when I arrived home from school today and saw some guy setting up my TV ( Read more... )

Met up with pinkspiderhsb and neonbliss today at Oasis21 in Sakae. Had coffee at Starbucks and just walked around Oosu. We had dinner at this restaurant called Little Hong Kong, which was a quaint little place with nice staff and the cutest interior design ever :3 We hanged around the TV Tower after that and just goofed off. So I went out last night with my high school classmate Nori to a gay club. Yep, you didn't misread that.

( Of course I'm not gay, but Nori is, and I thought it would be a good experience to check out what a gay club in Japan is like. )

TOEIC exam finished just about an hour ago. Piece of cake, but the information section of the test form was entirely in Japanese (educational/work background, etc.). Good thing they had an English instruction guide when I asked for one. The test ran for two hours and is 990 points total. I'll get my results after 30 days ( Read more... )
