Last week at training was insane. It was a really hardcore week.. this was my schedule:
Monday - Boxing 6pm
Tuesday - Run 5:30am and Swim 5:30pm
Wednesday - Cycle 5:30 am and Swim 6:15pm
Friday - Cycle/Run 5:30am
Saturday - Trail Run (Mt Cootha) 5:30am
