(no subject)
I'm back amongst the social again.
The past week and a half has been kind of up and down. I couldn't help but to think about Aunt Linda at the slightest provocation, which would then make me sad, which would then make me cry. But, I suppose that's all part of the grieving process.
Either way... Not much else is really going on right now. Woody gave me his tickets for the Bolts/Canes game last night, which was awesome since I haven't made it to a game since their Stanley Cup season (stupid fucking strike... GRRRRRR!!). As it turns out, I picked the wrong game to go to. It was a total and complete clusterfuck on the ice. The 3rd period was some of the sloppiest hockey I have ever seen the Bolts play. It was really fucking ridiculous. They didn't even score a damn goal until there was like 2 minutes left... IN THE GAME!! And on top of that, I still can't find my fucking Lightning trucker hat! I looked all over the Ice Palace last night, and I found a couple of trucker hats but they were fitted and I want an adjustable one so I can pull my hair through the back. I should have ordered the damn thing when I found it online last year. Oh well... I did end up buying a hat, though... Since my damned visor got up and walked away some time ago (translation: Mary borrowed it at a softball game and it's disappeared into the same nether region that Ashleigh's cleats and Jon's glove went to). So, yeah.
Other than that... Hanging out with Ro (who is having a bit of a rough time of it at the 'mo because boys are assclowns), watching football and of course baseball playoffs (I am SO rooting for the Tigers!). Oh, and poor little Oliver is having little doggie tummy issues... It's really not pretty. Poor little guy. :(
And there you have it. I can't think of anything witty or interesting to say, so I'm just going to shut up and go pay the electric bill now.
PS - I have no music today because I FORGOT MY FUCKING IPOD AT HOME!! Oh, the agony!!! ARGH!
