I had been meaning to inquire about our current water situation.

Would it help those who are currently supplying the water if an irrigation or some other water-regulation system was established?

Well... I think it's what I said. Not the bar stuff-I'm pretty sure she still helps out, but Demyx is the one who does it full time. Even though I see her every day, I don't know.
