Last night my nVidia GeForce 6600 GT video card apparently went toast, cya later.   The monitor flashed on and off several times, City of Heroes/Villains froze and I had to do a forced reboot.  Graphic artifacts resulted on the screen during bootup and then after Windows loaded the screen was unreadable.   I suspect this is purely a video card ( Read more... )

On Thursday, for my birthday, sarcasm_hime  and I watched the Arabesque Dance Company's Asala performance which was very good.   There were 17 female dancers and 4 males; the females were fantastic as usual while the males were good and have definitely improved since the last time I saw them.  It was really nice to see the male dancers appear in several of the ( Read more... )
