Video card WTF?!
Last night my nVidia GeForce 6600 GT video card apparently went toast, cya later. The monitor flashed on and off several times, City of Heroes/Villains froze and I had to do a forced reboot. Graphic artifacts resulted on the screen during bootup and then after Windows loaded the screen was unreadable. I suspect this is purely a video card issue and will find out after purchasing a new one today.

UPDATE: Ok, so I got a new GeForce 7600 GT today, installed it and can now actually see my desktop, so it looks like it definitely was a video card issue. I just wish I knew what happened. There are no burnout marks on the card or the motherboard, no loose wires. The symptoms started before I updated my video drivers, and seemed to be fine afterwards until it just died. Bleh.
