Catch-up post 2 of 3.
As the title says! My second to last day I spent with the lovely dancingalice and we went on a date to Shimo-kitazawa, on the Keio Inokashira line! It's supposedly another one of those super fashionable towns like Harajuku or Jiyuugaoka, but it had a nice quiet atmosphere.
Sadly my first and last time to ride the Inokashira line during my year studying abroad. But I will be back! I must go back!!
Sooo I'd always wanted to go to Shimo-kitazawa, but never had the chance! Alice was nice enough to accompany me and we had a fun walk around~
Mural outside the awesome mini-mall thing with the BEST accessory shop ever!
The best accessory shop ever!! It basically consists of a bunch of box-exhibit things rented out to independent artists who can display-sell their stuff there.
Me struggling sadly to open a mini-jewelry box. I failed massively and at the end Alice had to open it for me ^^;

Alice looks like Cyclops from X-men XDD And she said I look like Tuxedo Mask o_o
Alice bought a super yummy-looking happy Meiji-chocolate shaped mirror!
Anyway somewhere around the middle of our little journey we decided to take a break and eat at the yummy cafe Alice had found the day before! We were torn between cakes and parfaits, but since it was hot we opted for parfaits. OMG SERIOUSLY THE BEST PARFAITS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE *DROOL*
The always pretty Alice, and her fruit parfait~
Staring in wonder at my food :3 It had some sort of complicated name like "Rose something something & White Peach blah blah Parfait." OHH SO GOOD. Even though I was full I wanted to get another one just because it was so delicious! It had vanilla + cassis ice cream, huge slices of peach, rose jelly? and some other things, I think.

But let's not forget there were cakes as well!! I wish I coulda brought one home or something x_x I will just have to go back again one day!
Anyway Shimo-kitazawa = A+++++.
