Before I start this, Zay has officially put in his two weeks notice. I'm crossing fingers, toes and eyes that I'm not far behind him. He wants me to quit with him but my path isn't about following someone else. Never has been. I appreciate that he wanted to cart me along like luggage tho'. Some friendships really are just flashes in time. That doesn't necessarily mean ours will be tho'. *shrugs* Who knows? Maybe our paths will cross again in the future. Stranger things have happened…
Now, onto what this entry is actually about: Z-Clips. Guess what?! Normally it takes 4days to make plus 1day to curl a unit. We completed the ENTIRE pink unit in 3days, curls and all. Wait… Wait… That's with me trying something new with the closure. Instead of laying them flat, I did it in rows like you would see with cornrow designs. I'm pretty impressed with it but… (Yes, there's a but) That doesn't necessarily mean that it'll look good being worn. That's what I'm worried about honestly. It doesn't happen often but sometimes I'll picture something in my mind and it doesn't look like how it looked floating amongst my thoughts.
Honestly, it better look freaking awesome cuz Saturday night my dumbass flat ironed my thumb knuckle. How? As I was designing my rows, Laurynn wouldn't stop playing 50 Shades Of Inquiries so I wasn't paying attention and stuck my hand in the mouth of the iron. *laughs* It could've been worse but now there's a burn like, *points* Right there… Ugh, Jesus… Gross.
This morning I used part of my Christmas money to pay for my petticoat and the roses for my garden dress build. *pause* *rereads* What is this life Max has me living? Pink hair?! Roses?! I'm starting to think pink is his favorite color. The dress with be pink and green tho' cuz green is my favorite color and… *shrugs* It's only fair.
