effort wasted
i got up at 5:30 this morning to study for my final at 11:40 and finish my paper due at 1:10 today. when 10:30 rolled around, i had already been up for five hours, had one more hour left to study, and was completely unprepared. it was mostly my attitude though cause i had just had it at that point. this week kicked my ass. i had my paper done at least.
aaaaaand my VP and i decided we were going to have our last meeting today, but sort of last minute. i asked her to send out an e-mail cause i didn't have a chance to..then she texts me later and said she's not coming because she doesn't feel good and wants to sleep before she goes to work. so now i'm here in the art history department waiting for people to not show up. i wish i was sleeping. i have my last class of the day in 42 minutes. huge bummer.
at least i get to sleep in tomorrow though. josh has fridays off and we usually get up and ride in the morning before my class at 1:40, but i decided to switch those two around this time. god i can't wait. i luuuuurvee sleeping. it is good to me. i especially love sleeping next to my love :)
today for a late lunch i had singapore rice noodles from one of the trucks on campus. it was maaaaddd hot with curry which i don't mind..but this was a bit much. the tofu was terrible too. it was squeaky when i bit into it.
this day has been quite random and i'm ready for it to be over and for tomorrow to begin.
