Got a doctor!
After calling in some favors I managed to get an appointment with a really good doctor fairly close by. Appointment is Monday. I have a way to pay for it, so no worries there just yet. This will likely rule out anything else that is bothering me. Hopefully all I'll need is a medication to stop these painful crippling episodes. Now it's just a waiting game.
