Just keep swimming...

In continuation with the triathlon training theme I'll update about my swimming today:

550m in 9:48.53
roughly a 2:00 break
500m in 9:06.20

Had to rush it because it was getting time to head home. I can't seem to keep track when I'm in the pool so I'm glad my watch can remember 200 splits at a time! Now if I can just have it beep at me when I've hit a certain number of laps I'd be golden... I know they make a product that attaches to the pool wall that times your splits and stuff so you don't have to keep reaching over to your watch, now that seems like a good product!

Running tomorrow, biking on Thursday. I'm hoping to get some seriously high intensity in these next two workouts because I'll be laid up for the weekend and probably most of the week too [supposed to avoid high intensity exercise for 10 days after you get your wisdom teeth out... blech!]

What's your favorite high-intensity run and/or bike workout?
