I have been following the comic book character Northstar since the 1980s. I knew he was gay, before Scott Lobdell ever wrote the comic that outed him. In subsequent years, I and most other fans were pissed off that he had no or only background relationships. And now, to my great excitement:

Damn. I was going to post the X-Men Origins: Wolverine trailer, but it's been removed from like EVERYWHERE. Leaked trailers are good for business, people. It builds excitement. Why go banzai crazy and force them to be taken down?

There are days I think Marvel Comics is trying to piss me off.

* My beloved Northstar is finally coming back to the X-Men as a team member. Writer Mike Carey has pretty much confirmed it! Squee!

* Criminal Minds is going to be new tonight!!

* New issues of X-Men and X-Factor are out today!

* Steven Culp finally has a new movie coming out. Of course, this means I have to pay money to see a movie called ( Read more... )

Last month, Joe Quesada, the Editor-in-Chief at Marvel Comics made some self-congratulatory comments in light of the recent success of Brokeback Mountain.
