I Bought a Christmas Tree!!!!!
Yay! It's the first real Christmas tree I've ever bought myself. Before that, I was always either living with relatives or was too Scrooge-like to plunk down the cash. I bought one of those pre-lit trees, so I don't have to worry about untangling strings of light every Christmas.
I have a ton of Christmas decorations from when I was a kid, including several ornaments and an elf that were made by hand by my mother. Thus far, I've put up a couple of scented Christmas candles, a couple of Santa figures, and a musical Santa.
My living room is still laden with unpacked boxes, so I don't think I'm going to put the tree up this weekend.

Worst Christmas movie to come out of Hollywood: Oh, I don't know.
Favorite Christmas Food: Chocolate fudge!
Favorite Christmas Tradition: As in a family tradition, or a tradition, in general? I think caroling is a lovely tradition.

Favorite Christmas Present Ever Received? I honestly can't say. I remember the one time my parents really surprised me, though. I was desperate for a Don Henley's album, Building the Perfect Beast and the soundtrack to Miami Vice. My mom wrapped them with my underwear, so I'd think I didn't get them.
Favorite Christmas present Ever Given? I don't know. It's a little arrogant of me to pat myself on the back for my ingenuity in picking out a present, isn't it?
Do You Open Any Christmas Presents on Christmas Eve? My mom used to give me one on Christmas Eve.
Have You Ever Seen the Nutcracker Ballet Live? No, but I'm considering going this year. Our local ballet is putting it on.

Have you ever gone caroling in a group before? Yes! I love caroling!
Most you've ever spent on a present? I don't know, and I probably wouldn't say anyway.
Have You Ever Handmade a Present? Sure, and I might do that this year. I love making gifts.

Peppermint Candy Canes: Yes or No? Yes! It's not the same if candy canes aren't peppermint. *must get some for my tree*
