Theatrical Gifts and New Casts
So today was the first outing for the new cast (well sorta, the new baby can't do the lift so has been temporary replaced by her understudy) and it was embarrassingly bad (particularly as kathie_d and her friend were in the audience). There was virtually no energy, the actors were wooden at best (exceptions being members of the former cast, Billy & Mr Schumacher and David Firth as Max) and the whole thing was just... bad. I hope they improve soon :S
As a gift from the producers we've all been given Dirty Dancing hoodies, I think they've got the sizing wrong as mine certainly isn't a medium, more like a small! I can just about get it on and providing I don't move my arms very much it fits okay if incredibly snuggly... won't be selling it on ebay because I can't be bothered and it's not everyday you get stuff.
