Shepquestion: What's the best way to fully remove coffee stains from car upholstery?

Here's today's Shepfact:

In lieu of proper milk, Anchor 'squirty' cream (now with 95% cream. Daren't ask what the other 5% is) works pretty well as a coffee whitener.

I wouldn't fancy it with corn flakes, though ;)
