Christmas
Christmas. That wonderful time of year when your parents by you the things you've been pining for all year long. Price doesn't seem to matter. Nothing is to good for little Timmy. I've never been on the parents side of Christmas. This year has changed that. Christmas, insofar as money goes, sucks! I spent around 300 dollars between my daughter's stuff, and stuff for my immediate family . Seriously. And that's a cheap Christmas. My Grandparents spent at least 1500. Don't ask me how I afforded it. I'm not 100% sure myself. There's Christmas magic working for yeah.
My daughter enjoyed her gifts though, so it was worth it. She more got a kick out of ripping off the wrapping then the toys, but still, totally worth it.
On the opposite side of the coin, I have a terrible cold. Christmas eve I was frozen, body aches, a migraine, and a cough. Not fun with a child. My grandparents are my new best friends. They've let me stay in bed for the past couple of days. Life would have been a nightmare otherwise.
