My good mood? Gone.

For various reasons, including the following:

#1: A few days ago, my friend asked me if I had a small suitcase, hand-baggage sized, that she could borrow. I said no, but my father does, and I could ask him if she could borrow it. The father said sure. Well, a while ago said friend called and told me she was on her way to pick it up. So I tell dad, but now he refuses to go find the suitcase. I had to do it myself. All I knew was that it was somewhere in the attic - father wouldn't tell me where. Our attic is VERY small and VERY full of stuff. So I climbed up the deadly stairs, squeesed myself into the attic and began searching. It's kinda like doing a huge puzzle, cause there's really only room for half a person up there, and to move around you first have to move the thing that is where you want to go. After carrying chairs and old pillows on my back and trying to stack huge boxes of books and christmas ornaments together to make more moving room (IN THE DARK, cause the torch was nowhere to be found), and after sticking my hair in some disgusting goo, I finally found the suitcase. I returned down wearing a thick layer of dust. Yuck.

#2: The mother is suddenly very much against my going to America. Blah. This is all because I asked her if I could borrow her credit card to pay for my insurance and such, which has to be done at the same time as I accept my position. She KNEW I had to pay for things myself, and she KNEW I would not get paid much, and she HAD offered to pay the insurance thingie with her credit card. I'll pay her back, of course... I just don't have a credit card of my own (yet) that I could pay with! She did, of course, give in in the end, but is now pissed off and wants me to stay home and get a "real" job for the summer. And in the beginning, this woman was the only one who liked this idea. What a change of opinion.

#3: I need to fill out Visa application papers and it's boring and confusing. Why can't the USA be like a normal country and just let me in without a visa?? ;)

#4: There's nothing good on TV tonight.

#5: I'm tired.

#6: I still have five pages of notes to read, that I promised myself I'd have done before I go to sleep. (Yeah yeah, I know five pages isn't much, but really, this is CHEMISTRY stuff. I tune out when I read and try to memorise anything that has to do with chemistry.)

... notice how much longer my entries get when I really should be studying, or sleeping? :D

family, blah, school, visa
