Our new evening activity is to lounge in the baby's room on his little mattress laughing and filling the room with good vibes. Ali always picks up one of the baby's books and reads to him, which makes him move around in my belly.
I think I am having an easy pregnancy. Other than low-back pain I have almost no symptoms and am just enjoying things like: baby movement and hormones that leave me feeling happy and strong. I'm also always tired but given the current state of affairs around me I think that could be from things other than the baby.
Next week is Ali's one yearly vacation so I'm taking most of the week off (unpaid) to spend it with him. Though we are slightly alarmed by our financial situation we will try to have a fun work-free week together, since it'll be our last before we two become three. That "three" still seems so unbelievable, hypothetical.
