Pilates

I restarted pilates today, after a break of about 18 months. It wasn't too bad, even if I'd forgotton how to "engage my core" (I need B'Elanna in Engineering to tell me). I've a feeling I'll be sore as hell tomorrow though.

Add in 23 minutes of running, and 30 minutes of tennis, and it wasn't a bad day for exercise. Then I went home and had cumberland sausages, colcannon, and mushroom and red wine gravy for dinner. Ohhhh yes! Nothing like negating most of the exercise in 8 minutes of face feeding.
