To me, this looks like two boys kissing, and it looks as if someone came along afterwards and added a ponytail to the person on the right to make them female. There's no boobies visible and if you look at the profile and the haircut (minus the ponytail) it looks very male. Censorship, dear Dublin? Surely not. /sarcasm.
